Following a minor injury to the tendons in the fingers whilst carrying three heavy shopping bags, our founder, wondered why he had never seen any sort of device for making the carrying of shopping bags or other heavy loads less awkward and less painful.

 

Many people find that while carrying heavy groceries in cheap flimsy plastic bags their fingers are squeezed together and become sore, especially if carrying the bags for long periods. 

 

People often stop to switch hands or rearrange the grip to reduce the discomfort.

 

Considering how many people use flimsy shopping bags on a regular basis it is difficult to understand why no solution is widely available.
